We’re looking for a new colleague for a position of Customer Service Specialist who will become a part of our Customer Service Department.

What are you going to work on?

Your main responsibility will be to take care of the customer portfolio mainly in Iberia, but not only.

Therefore, Spanish and English language is essential, French language is an advantage.

In practice it means that you will be communicating with customers, receiving, processing orders, coordinating deliveries and creating invoices.

You will work with several systems and you will be in a daily contact with other departments, especially sales and logistic. 

To be successful in this position, you need:

  • Excellent command of written and spoken Spanish and English, French is an advantage.
  • Communicative, independent, flexible.
  • Very good user of MS Office - Excel, Outlook.
  • High school education.
  • Experience in a similar position is a benefit. 
  • Experience of working with Oracle / SAP / Salesforce is a plus.
