What are you going to work on?

The Customer Service Backoffice Specialist works closely with the Sales team, as well as Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics teams from across Europe. In practice it means supporting administrative activities in order to ensure smooth operations.

The main responsibilities of the CS Backoffice Specialist include:

  • Create, maintain and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
  • Enter and administrate internal and special orders,
  • Issue credit notes, administration of the technical claims and guarantee programs,
  • Internal and external reporting activities,
  • Support IT with integration set up and UAT testing of new solutions in Oracle.

To be successful in this position, you need:

  • Knowledge of English language - advanced level required, German language knowledge is a benefit,
  • Previous experience with customer master data maintenance is a plus,
  • Experience with MS Excel, MS Office,
  • Previous experience with ORACLE/SAP/Salesforce or other systems is an advantage,
  • Ability to work in a team environment but to be independent; time management and prioritization skills is a must.
