Quality System Coordinator
The Quality System Coordinator is responsible for conducting audits and monitoring our business processes for the Quality Department in the Nokian Tyres Oradea plant. It plays a key role in coordinating and maintaining quality, environmental and health and safety management systems. This position will also include promoting quality, performance and improvement of production and all support functions of the plant.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that required processes for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained.
- Ensure regular reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement.
- Prepare ISO documentation reports as required.
- Periodically review work instructions and procedures to ensure compliance. Assist with the creation of new work instructions and/or procedures as necessary.
- Monitor process and procedure execution on shop floor for adherence to documented standards, support corrective actions when necessary.
- Develop controls plans as necessary, ensuring alignment to FMEA results.
- Lead internal and external ISO audit activities, as well as ensure yearly compliance.
- Ensures document control for quality management (monitoring documents, assigning document numbers, retention, etc.).
- Serve as regional Key User for Nokian Tyres Quality & Sustainability software programs, ensuring coordination across all related functions (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety).
- Uphold Nokian mission and values, and demonstrate supporting behaviors in day-to-day actions.
Skills
- University Degree in Engineering, Quality management or similar fields;
- Experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement of min. 3 years
- Experience in the automotive industry min. 1 year
- Knowledge of Core Quality Tools (training, diploma)
- Experience in conducting internal audits according to ISO9001 and IATF 16949 (training, diploma)
- Experience in ISO 17025 is a plus
- Very good knowledge of English
