We’re now looking for an experienced IT Manager, Integrations

Nokian Tyres is looking for a hands-on IT leader with a passion for building scalable and sustainable integration solutions to join our Global Platforms IT unit. In this global role, you’ll lead the development and operations of our integration services—ensuring they evolve in line with our business needs. You’ll help shape both internal and B2B digital ecosystems by delivering standardized integration solutions that scale worldwide.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Global Integrations IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Own the full lifecycle of integration services—from planning and creation to deployment, support, and retirement.
  • Ensure integration solutions effectively meet business needs, remain cost-efficient, and support strategic priorities.
  • Ensure all integrations comply with security, architectural, and technical guidelines & standards.
  • Align the integration project portfolio with strategic business goals and maintain a global roadmap.
  • Drive the deployment of harmonized integration solutions globally.
  • Lead complex integration projects and manage vendor relationships.
  • Manage financials related to integration services
  • Stay current with industry trends and maintain cutting-edge integration capabilities through networking and vendor collaboration.

What do we expect from you?

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience leading global team, IT services across complex, cross-functional enterprise environments
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with integration platforms(e.g., Mulesoft Anypoint, Azure API, Automic, also experience on Oracle SOA is benefit)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ERP integrations, microservices, API lifecycle management. REST, SOAP, JSON SFTP among other data exchange protocols and formats are familiar to you.
  • Understanding of business flows (e.g., order to cash, procure to pay, manufacture to store)
  • Excellent communication skills in English—able to speak clearly to both technical and business audiencesA change-oriented mindset with strong people skills and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Problem solving skills and structured way of working
  • Familiarity with IT industry standards and methodologies such as ITIL and PMP.
