Customer Service Manager, Nokian Tyres

Are you a development-oriented team player looking for an opportunity to drive success together with our customers? We are looking for you, a Customer Service Manager, to work in a Supply Chain organization and to lead a team of six customer service professionals supporting Nokian Tyres domestic sales in Finland. On top of your manager role, you will also participate the day-to-day customer service work, drive the development in your team, plan the short and long-term activities and implement the global customer service processes in practice. You will be based in our head office Nokia, Finland. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Leading a customer service team to support Nokian Tyres sales in Finland

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in Supply Chain organization as well as domestic sales organization in Finland

  • Implement global order management processes and customer service practices in day-to-day operations

  • Cost follow up and cost budgeting of your responsibility area

  • Driving the development of productivity, quality improvements and customer success based on global metrics


  • B. Sc. degree in relevant field

  • Minimum 3 years relevant leadership experience

  • Experience with monitoring and driving productivity in service performance

  • Proven track record in managing and building external customer relationships

  • Customer oriented mindset and a strong ability to combine operational understanding of processes with the subsequent impact on customers

  • Experience in deploying process improvements and change management

  • Experience of working with data, ERP-, reporting- and CRM- systems

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong planning and organization skills as well as problem analysis and problem solving skills

  • Able to use Finnish and English as working language and comfortable speaking both in a work environment
