Tehnician laborator

Tehnicianul de laborator fizico-chimic este responsabil de testarea și analiza materiilor prime, a compușilor de cauciuc și a altor materiale pentru produse noi și existente.  

Descrierea jobului:

  • Colectează, pregătește și testează materiile prime, compușii de cauciuc și produsele semifinite pentru a verifica conformitatea cu specificațiile și cu standardele de calitate ale companiei. 
  • Înregistrează și ține evidența tuturor rezultatelor testelor și analizelor. 
  • Analizează rezultatele testelor și determină starea de acceptare a materiilor prime, a compușilor de cauciuc și a semifabricatelor în conformitate cu standardele de calitate ale companiei.
  •  Pregătește probele pentru expedierea către laboratoare/furnizori externi.  
  • Utilizează echipamente de testare tehnică sofisticate care necesită cunoștințe de operare pe PC și capacitatea de a citi diagrame și grafice.  
  • Efectuează calibrări ale echipamentelor de laborator și verificări zilnice ale echipamentelor de laborator pentru a asigura integritatea datelor.  
  • Asigură date exacte și complete de calitate în toate sistemele IT relevante.

Cerinte:

  • Diploma de liceu necesară, preferabil domeniul stiinte ale naturii 
  • Studii medii in domeniul tehnic/chimie/fizica 
  • Minim doi ani de experiență de lucru într-un domeniu similar 
  • Experiență în domeniul instrumentelor de îmbunătățire a proceselor / Lean și/sau interes pentru aprofundarea cunoștințelor în acest domeniu 
  • Cunoașterea materiilor prime, a cauciucului prelucrat, a practicilor standard de laborator și a standardelor de calitate.  
  • Disponibilitate pentru lucrul in schimburi
  • Cunostinte de utilizare a calculatorului (Microsoft Office; Word & Excel, Minitab)
  • Limba engleza – nivel mediu
